If you are travelling to the UK, or simply leaving/returning home from a business trip or holiday, a personal meet and greet service can be provided in order to make your transition from the airport more straight forward and relive the stresses of negotiating the car rental areas. We have delivery and collection teams in operation who can meet you at a designated area within the airport and perform the handover of the vehicle swiftly in order for you to be quickly on your way.

Heathrow Airport

Terminals 1, 2 and 3

The terminals are close together at the centre of the airport site. Exit the M4 (junction 4) or M25 (junction 15) and follow signs for Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

Terminal 4

The terminal is in the southern part of the airport site and has a separate entrance. Exit the M25 at junction 14 and follow signs for Heathrow Terminal 4. If you're coming from the M4, leave at junction 4b and follow the M25 south to junction 14.

Terminal 5

The terminal is on the Western Perimeter Road and has its own separate access road, reached from junction 14 of the M25. If you're coming from the M4, exit at junction 4b and follow the M25 south to junction 14.

Gatwick Airport

London Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, directly linked to the M23 motorway at Junction 9 and to the A23 London- Brighton road. The M25 at Junction 7 is a 10 minute drive from Gatwick Airport, connecting it with the UK's extensive road and motorway network.

It takes about 70 minutes to drive to central London, but times can vary considerably due to traffic congestion. If you are driving to Gatwick, the satellite navigation postcodes are as follows:

North Terminal: RH6 0PJ

South Terminal: RH6 0RN

London City Airport

Come off junction 30 of the M25 and take the A13 heading into London.Follow the directions to the A13 and merge onto the A13. Leave the A13 at the A406/A1020 ramp to the North Circular. Take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto A1020 Royal Docks Road.Take the 5th exit onto Royal Albert Way/A1020. Take the ramp to City Airport/Silvertown/A13. Take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto Connaught Bridge. Take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto Connaught Rd/A112. Take the 2nd exit off the roundabout and stay on Connaught Rd/A112. Turn left onto Airport Rd/Hartmann Rd. Continue up the Airport Rd, pass the terminal on your left and continue to the roundabout. The car park is located on your left.

The Terminal entrance is located on Hartmann Road, London E16 2PX

London Stansted Airport

London Stansted is conveniently situated just off the M11 motorway - use Junction 8a if approaching from the London direction or Junction 8 from the Cambridge side, then follow signs for the airport.

From the North West

Take the M6 South, and at Junction 4a, take the M42 south. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 heading west on the A45 towards Birmingham city centre. Follow signs to the airport.

From the North East

Take the M1 South, and at Junction 23a, take the A42 South. Then at Junction 11, take the M42 South. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 heading west on the A45 towards Birmingham city centre. Follow signs to the airport.

From the South West

Take the M5 North, and take Junction 4a Take the M42 East. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 heading west on the A45 towards Birmingham city centre. Follow signs to the airport.

From the South East

Take the M40 North. At Junction 3a, Take the M42 North. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 heading west on the A45 towards Birmingham city centre. Follow signs to the airport.

Alternatively, take the M1 North, and at Junction 19 join the M6. Leave the M6 at Junction 4, and take the M42 South. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 heading west on the A45 towards Birmingham city centre. Follow signs to the airport.

From the South

Take the A34 North towards Oxford, then join the M40 West at Junction 9, heading towards Birmingham. At Junction 3a, Take the M42 North. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 heading west on the A45 towards Birmingham city centre. Follow signs to the airport.

With Birmingham being on many primary transport routes, getting to the airport is relatively easy. Birmingham Airport is located approximately 8 Miles east from the city centre just off the A45 Coventry Road, and at Junction 6 of the M42.

Despite Birmingham International being a major airport, the only real traffic congestion in the area is around peak morning and evening rush hours, with most of this confined to the M42 and not the approach roads. However, that can change if there is a major event on at the NEC, which is very close to the airport.

Manchester Airport

The postcode for the airport is M90 1QX

Terminal 1 & 3 Directions:

- Leave the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3.

Terminal 2 Directions:

- Exit the M56 at Junction 5, following signs for Terminal 2.

- At the roundabout, take the second exit.

- At the next roundabout, take the second exit, following signs for Terminal 2 M&G

Edinburgh Airport

Edinburgh Airport is about eight miles west of the city centre. The entrance is reached from the A8 Glasgow Road, and is close to the M8 and M9 motorways. The A8 airport junction is between the Gogar and Newbridge roundabouts. If you're approaching from Edinburgh, join the A8 from the city bypass and head towards Glasgow. If you're coming from the north or west, join the A8 at the Newbridge roundabout and head towards Edinburgh, then follow signs for the airport.

Glasgow Airport

Simply exit the M8 at junction 28 (if you are coming from the east) or 29 (if you are coming from the west).
